PURPOSE: In order to gain acceptance as a tenant of Paradise Bay Mobile Home Hideaway,

information provided and for obtaining copies of my credit report, criminal records or other
information which will enable Landlord to evaluate this Application.

outstanding bills and/or defray the cost of removal of the mobile home in the event of
abandonment. I will also be required to pay a nonrefundable $150.00 application fee.

I/We agree to abide the rules and regulations and will abide by them as they are now or as they
are amended. My immediate family will only use the mobile home site. I will not sub-lease or
rent my mobile home. All of my guests will be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older)
member of my immediate family. I will not allow the mobile home to be used by any
unaccompanied children less than the age of 18.
I/We have/have not (please circle) had any judgments against me. I have/have not (please
circle) declared bankruptcy and I do/do not (please circle) contemplate such action. I
understand that I may be turned down for any number of reasons, and that in any event; this
application fee is NOT refundable.
